What are my order and payment options?
You can order and pay in three ways:
- First, you can order and securely pay using online checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo, through 2Checkout.com, our auhtorized online payment processor. 2Checkout.com, Inc. - Second, you can pay through your Paypal account . You do not have to be a registered member of Paypal to have your payment processed. - Third, you can mail in or fax back your order by simply filling out our fax form and paying by check. Our toll free fax number is (866) 808-5712.
How long does it take before I receive the Directory? When you order using your credit card or Paypal account and choose email delivery, a zip file containing the directory will be emailed to you within three hours when you order between 8 am-6pm EST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at any other time will be delivered no later tehn 12pm EST the following business day.
When you order using your credit card or Paypal account and choose regular mail delivery, your order will be shipped on a CD within 24 hours of ordering and arrive within 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
When you order by mail using our form delivery will be process once payment is received as described above.
How often is the Directory updated?
The Directory is normally updated on an annual basis. Please note that the number of changes may vary from update to update.
How much do your updates cost?
Updates are priced the same as the cost of the original CD. Once in a while we run promotions that include an update free of charge. If you would like to be notified of these promotions, kindly e-mail us at updates@financial-directories.com. Simply click on the address and then click reply and send. Once available, you will be notified via e-mail.
Are Web site addresses included in the Directory?
Yes. The current editon of the Directory has over 5000 Website addresses for individual hospitals and/or corporate parents.
Are e-mail addresses included in the Directory?
No, e-mail addresses are not included. In our experience, e-mails for the listings in the Directory change so often that they may not be reliable. We are currently working on compiling a source for more reliable addresses. If you would like to be notified once it becomes available, kindly e-mail us at newdirectories@financial-directories.com. Simply click on the address and then click reply and send. Once available, you will be notified via e-mail.
Can I use the Directory to select entries by state or zip?
Yes, you may make selections by state or zip code, or any other field relevant to you.
Can I get a Directory with information for just one state?
If you like, we can provide you with a custom order that delivers state-specific information. Please contact us at info@the-ihi.com and we will provide you with a cost estimate.
How accurate is the Directory?
Despite the constant changes that occur in the healthcare field, our Directory has proven to be over 90% accurate.
Can I merge for labels?
Yes, this Directory is compatible with a wide number of contact management and word processing software systems. As a result, you can easily merge all of the addresses provided to create labels.
Can I export the Directory into other programs?
The Directory is complied in an Excel format which makes it very flexible and exportable into other programs
